Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century cottage, originally built as two dwellings with a cross-passage. It is constructed of finely-dressed sandstone and has a hipped roof covered with clay pantiles, along with stone ridge and gable copings. There are three brick stacks. The building occupies a corner site and all windows are late 20th century Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars. The south side has one window to each floor, with a late 20th century four-panelled door on the left. The west side has four windows on the ground floor and three on the first floor, with a boarded door to the left.
