3/34 Grotto, 120m. north-west of Skelton Castle.

Grotto late C18. Coursed sandstone rubble, brick rear wall and ½ domed roof. South front: single storey, 3 bays. Central round-headed doorway with voussoirs, flanked by canted bays having single rectangular openings. Semicircular-plan chamber.
