Description

These buildings at 13-17 Howick Street are part of the development that occurred after 1831. They are two storeys high with two windows each. The exterior is ashlar, featuring a first-floor sill band and a moulded eaves cornice. The roofs are slate-covered with coped verges. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, with one window on the first floor of number 15 being blind. A wide, depressed archway, featuring boldly rusticated quoins, is shared between numbers 13 and 15. Number 13 has a flush panelled door, while number 15 has a glazed door; a window has been inserted between them. Number 17 has a flush panel door to the right.
