Description
There are two boundary stones located on the boundary with Longframlington civil parish, likely dating from the 18th century. These stones are made of cut and tooled sandstone and have a rectangular shape with arched tops, standing 0.60 metres high. The stone on the west side features the incised letter "R," while the stone on the east side has the letter "F." At the time of the survey, the southern stone was lying flat. An intermediate stone, indicated by the Ordnance Survey at NU 10040372, was not observed and may have been removed due to recent drainage works.
