Description
There are three boundary stones located on the boundary with Edlingham civil parish, likely dating from the 18th century. These stones are made of sandstone and are roughly-shaped rectangular pillars, standing between 0.40 and 0.65 metres high. The stones feature incised letters: 'N' for the Duke of Northumberland on the south-west stone and 'S' for Swinburne on the north-east stone. At the time of the survey, the western stone was lying flat.
