Description
There are four boundary stones, likely from the 18th century, located on the boundary with Longframlington civil parish. These stones are made of sandstone and are rectangular pillars that stand between 0.70 and 0.85 meters high, featuring arched or segmental tops. The stones have incised letters, with an "S" on the north side and an "F" on the south side. One stone at NU 11380512 is not indicated on the current Ordnance Survey map, and another stone at NU 11510517 could not be found.
