Description
Woodpark Farmhouse and the attached byre are 18th-century structures. The farmhouse features ashlar stone, while the byre is made of roughly squared stone. The farmhouse has a gabled roof covered with stone slates, and the byre has a roof of Welsh slate and stone slabs. The farmhouse is two storeys high with three symmetrical bays. The door and window surrounds have a very slight chamfer, and there is a 20th-century door and a lower right window. The remaining windows are 16-pane sashes. The roof has flat coping and two gable stacks, one of which is made of stone and the other is rendered and renewed. The attached single-storey byre to the left has one 8-pane window and one 6-pane window, with blocked openings at the rear that feature old wood lintels. To the left, there is a lower one-bay store with a stone slab roof. Inside the byre, there is an 18th-century roof with principal-rafter trusses and collars.
