15/12 Park Farmhouse and attached barn on east GV II

House and attached barn, c.1840. Rubble with tooled and margined ashlar quoins and dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Central boarded dour with overlight and moulded cornice; 12-pane sashes, some renewed. All openings have raised alternating surrounds. 1st floor sill band. Attached lower barn set back to right with various openings. Rear elevation of house shows square-headed stair window with glazing bars and margin lights.
