Description
Hollin Close Farmhouse is a house dated '1794' on the lintel. It is constructed of rubble with cut quoins and dressings, topped with a stone slate roof and features ashlar gable stacks. The building has two storeys and three irregular bays. The entrance includes an altered four-panel door with alternating tooled and margined jambs, and a lintel inscribed with the initials E (for Jacob and Eleanor Hutchinson) and J : H, along with the date. The windows are 12-pane sashes.
