Description

This is a harbour boundary marker located in the lane at the rear of Number 6 The Coastguard Houses, dating from around 1837. It is made of cast iron and features a rectangular pillar with an arched top. On the south-east face, there are raised letters that read "WHC," which stands for Warkworth Harbour Commissioners. The overall height of the marker is 0.5 metre.
