Description

This cart shed, located about 50 yards north of the Old Farmhouse, dates back to September 21st, 1845, and was built for the Grey family. It is constructed from roughly-dressed stone and features an asbestos roof. The building has two storeys and includes eight elliptical arches supported by square piers with projecting keystones. On the first floor, there are five slatted windows. The roof is shallow-pitched and gabled, with flat coping. There are external stone steps leading up to the granary on the left side of the building.
