Description
This is a disused village well located approximately 20 yards south of Lady Waterford Hall. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of ashlar stone with iron railings. The well features a stone basin set into the ground, with a pant behind it that has plain sides and a heavy projecting top. There are short, low serpentine walls flanking the well. Atop the pant, the railings are designed with looped, intersecting bars.
