Description
Delegate Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century, with alterations around 1873 and a recent conversion. It has two storeys and a layout of three plus one plus one windows. The central gable is over an older range, and a later stable block to the left has been converted into a dwelling. The windows are casement windows with glazing bars, and mullions to the right-hand side. A four-light oriel window sits below the gable, while the left-hand side features windows of one, two, three, and four lights. The building is constructed of rubble with quoins, and a string course is visible over the ground floor to the left. Coped verges are present to the east and to the gable.
