STANNINGTON OLD Al NZ 2177 (East side) 13/115 Milepost east of road 50 metres north of Blagdon North Lodge II Milepost, probably mid-C19. Cast iron, painted white with black figures. Height 0.90 metre. Triangular plan with open back;raised legend N (Newcastle) 9 / M (Morpeth) 5¾, the latter figure being on an added plate.
