Description

MELDON NUNRIDING NZ 18 NW NZ 133877 Stable range to east of 10/121 Nunriding Hall (Formerly listed as 20.10.69 stables at Meldon Park Farm) GV II Stable range; south part probably C17, north part later C18. South part rubble, north part squared stone with quoins and dressings; slate roof. Elevation to yard: right part 3 bays, 1 storey; central doorway with timber lintels flanked by windows inserted in similar blocked doorways. Left part 2 storeys, 4 bays; 2 stable doors with window between and small window over. Lower section to far right altered and not of interest. Interiors: south part has 2 upper-cruck trusses with collars and 2 levels of purlins, north part collar-beam roof trusses.
