Description
This building is a former miller's cottage with a granary above, located approximately 30 yards northeast of Holburn Mill. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of ashlar with a Welsh slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and features three bays, along with a single-storey, lean-to extension on the left side.
On the ground floor, the cottage has a central boarded door with an overlight and windows on either side. The granary on the first floor includes small louvred openings. The roof is gabled with flat coping and has end stacks, one of which is partly demolished. Access to the granary is provided by external stone steps at the rear.
