Description

These are a pair of houses, dating from around 1800, located on the south side of Cockerton Green. Each house is two storeys high and has a single window. They have pantiled roofs with a central chimney stack. The walls are rendered and feature incised lines, and the windows are sash windows set within flush box frames. The doors are mid-19th century, consisting of four panels. The properties are included in the listing primarily for their contribution to the wider group value of the area.
