Description

This is a long, low building dating from the 17th century, situated on the south side of Cockerton Green. Originally a two-storey, four-window structure, it has a steeply pitched roof with swept eaves, now covered in modern tiles. Chimneys are located centrally and at each end. The walls have been pebble-dashed. The ground floor features replaced sash windows; the upper floor has two original Yorkshire sliding sashes and two later casements, all flush in design. Modern doors have been installed.
