Description

This is a mid-18th century, two-storey, two-window house situated on the south side of Cockerton Green. The house is characterised by its wide proportions and has a high-pitched tiled roof with end chimneys. The exterior is red brick, which has been painted. The windows are replacement sashes set within near-flush wood architraves, with gauged flat brick arches above. A later rendered plinth is present. The front entrance features a four-panel door topped with an oblong fanlight, set within a simple doorcase consisting of pilasters and an entablature.
