Description

This is a late 18th-century house situated on Coniscliffe Road, originally with five windows and two storeys. The house is constructed of local light red brick and has a pantiled roof with chimneys at each end. Replacement sash windows with glazing bars are set within flush wood architraves, with a blocked window in the centre of the first floor. The windows are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The front door has been altered and includes an oblong fanlight. A rear section of the house was added slightly later.
