Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century red brick house located on the south side of Ickleton Road in Elmdon. It is two storeys high with cellars, and has a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A six-panel front door is set within a wooden doorcase featuring fluted pilasters and a cornice hood supported by carved brackets, above which is a rectangular fanlight with decorative fan motifs. The roof is slate and hipped, with an external chimney stack on the front elevation.
