Description

This is a house dating from the early 19th century, situated on the north-east side of Victoria Street. The building is constructed of red brick with a hipped pantile roof and two rendered rear chimneys. It is two storeys high and exhibits a symmetrical facade with three first-floor windows. The front entrance features a half-glazed door topped by a plain overlight, set within a simple doorcase with fluted pilasters. The sash windows, which retain their original glazing bars, are topped with flat, gauged brick arches. To the right of the house, a brick garden wall incorporates a rendered pillar and a plank door within a round-headed arch constructed of gauged brick.
