Description

No. 30 Victoria Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick with a hipped slate roof and two gable end brick chimneys. The building stands two storeys high and features three symmetrical first-floor windows. The entrance includes a panelled door with a plain overlight and a simple doorcase supported by pilasters. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with flat gauged brick arches. To the right, there is a later extension that is set back and includes one window on both the ground and first floors, featuring large paned sashes with horns.
