Description

No 74 Skinnergate is an early to mid 18th century building that stands three storeys high and features two windows. It has a high-pitched swept pantiled roof with a hipped end facing the road. The exterior is finished in stucco, and it has sash windows set in slightly proud wood architraves, with the second-floor windows including glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front. There is also a two-bay left return to Post House Wynd that shares the same architectural description.
