22 Post House Wynd is an early 18th-century, two-storey cottage with a single window. It features a very high-pitched pantiled roof with a chimney at the right end. The first floor has a replaced sash window set in a near-flush wood architrave. The walls are stuccoed. There is a modern shop on the ground floor and a passage entrance on the left side.
