Description
No. 20 Skinnergate is a late 18th century small house that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features two windows. The building is constructed of pinkish brick and has a moderately pitched slated roof, which has been treated in a later style, including a dormer. On the first floor, there is a Regency canted oriel window on the left, adorned with pilasters and an entablature. To the right, there is a recessed sash window with a stone cill and lintel. The ground floor has a modern shop on the left, while on the right, there is a stuccoed round arch leading into Punchbowl Yard.
