Description

No. 12 Skinnergate is a mid-18th century house that stands three storeys tall and features three windows. It has a fairly high-pitched roof that is now covered with slate, and the end walls have been built up. The house is constructed of pinkish brick. The second floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has replaced sash windows set under gauged brick flat arches, all framed in flush wood architraves. The ground floor includes an early 20th-century double shop front.
