Description

No. 14 Parliament Street is a house with a shop, built between 1836 and 1839, with some 20th-century alterations and a shopfront. The building is constructed of pink-cream mottled brick in Flemish bond, featuring a moulded timber eaves cornice and a slate roof.

The exterior is four stories high with a four-window front. The first-floor windows pivot, while the second floor has 12-pane sash windows and the third floor features unequal 9-pane sash windows. The second and third-floor windows have flat arches and painted stone sills, with the third-floor windows linked by a moulded band. The interior has not been inspected.
