Description
This is a mid-19th century house with a shop, located on Feasegate in York. The building is constructed of grey-brown mottled brick in English cross bond, with a moulded modillion eaves cornice of timber and a pantile roof topped with brick stacks. The exterior features a three-storey, three-window front. A shopfront is located on the ground floor. The upper floor windows are 12-pane sashes on the first floor and to the left of the second floor; the remaining windows on the upper floors are 2-light casements set within original openings, featuring painted stone sills and cambered arches. The interior of the building was not inspected.
