Description

This is a house dating to the 17th and 18th centuries. It is constructed of painted English garden wall bond brick, with painted ashlar dressings, and has a Welsh slate roof with a brick chimney. The house is three storeys high and has two bays. The left side features a six-panelled door set within a wide architrave. A single sash window is on the right, with two sashes on each of the upper floors. The ground and first floor sashes have glazing bars, all set in wide boxes. Header course lintels are above the first floor windows, and projecting stone sills are present on the ground and first floors. Dentilled bands run along the first and second floors. The steeply-pitched roof has one chimney at one end.
