Description
Hunstanworth Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1863 by S.S. Teulon for Rev. Daniel Capper. It is constructed of snecked sandstone in various colours, with ashlar dressings and quoins, and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has an L-plan layout.
The elevation facing the street has one high storey and two bays, with the left bay under a front gable. The ground floor is blank, and there is a renewed window under a flat stone lintel in the gable. The right bay features a tall, stepped front chimney with steeply-sloped copings. The roof is steeply pitched and has chimneys on the left and at the rear ridge.
The rear elevation, which faces the farmyard, has a renewed central door and flanking windows under flat stone lintels, along with a gabled half-dormer on the right.
