Description

This former railway bridge, built in the mid-19th century, crosses the border into Wales at the National Grid Reference SO 536099. It is constructed from cast and wrought iron and features four pairs of cylindrical piers, with one large X brace between them, creating five bays that span at an angle across the River Wye. The bridge is supported by wrought iron lattice girders.
