Description

This is a milepost located on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. It is made of black painted cast iron and stands approximately 85 centimeters high. The milepost features a large circle in the center with raised white lettering, along with additional raised lettering above and below it. At ground level, there is a rectangular section with more raised white lettering. The text reads from the top: 'POTTER STREET LOCK 4 MILES M.C.Co.'.
