Description
Croesllanfro House is a house featuring white painted stucco and hipped close-eaved valley roofs made of imitation slates. It retains one chimney from the original two end wall stacks, located on the right end wall. The house is two storeys high with a three-window front that includes late 20th century uPVC windows, which have replaced the original sash windows, along with 20th century shutters. The central opening is segment-headed and contains a 20th century door with an overlight above it. The end walls have been altered or have added lean-tos, with a two-storey structure on the right and a single-storey structure on the left, featuring a circular window in the centre of the first floor.
At the rear, there is a large 20th century conservatory addition, a stair-light in the centre, and a pair of 20th century casement windows on the first floor, one on each side. Inside, the staircase features thin turned balusters, open treads, a thin bulbous turned newel post, and a continuous rail leading to the first floor landing, likely dating from around 1850. There are also some 19th century six-panel doors and shutters with sunk panels.
