Description
The barn and attached range at Croesllanfro Farm is a 19th-century structure built from rubble stone, featuring high walls and a large porch. The side walls project outward, but the main roof, porch roofs, and porch front gables have been dismantled since the building was listed. Originally, there were timber lintels beneath the weatherboarding. Inside, the main barn has brick arches that are cambered. Each side of the porch has a long vent loop and a door close to the outer angle, both with brick heads. The front porch has a high sill, and the left end gable includes a large brick-arched window.
To the right, a lower range has an asbestos sheet roof, one window under the eaves, and a loft door in the gable end. An attached single-storey range steps downhill in three sections, constructed of whitewashed rubble stone and brick, also with asbestos sheet roofs. The first section has three doors, one of which has been converted into a window, with brick jambs flanking the center door and the left side of the left door and right door. The door heads are positioned under the eaves. There is a straight joint leading to the second section, which contains a window, door, window, and door, with brick jambs to the right of the left window and full-height jambs on both sides of the center door and window, as well as the left side of the right door. The lowest section features two windows and a door.
