Description
Fair Orchard is a two-storey house dating from the 18th century. It has three windows across the front and a hipped slate roof. The walls are cement-rendered, and the windows are small-pane hornless sash windows with marginal glazing bars. A doorway is set within a painted stone doorcase, leading to a panelled door. The south elevation features a two-storey extension to the rear, while a single-storey extension is located to the north. A single window is present on each floor of the south-facing elevation.
