Description
Whitson Lodge is an early to mid 19th century lodge. It is two stories tall with a three-window front, rendered exterior, and a slate roof. The building features paired end brick chimneys that are set diagonally. The central bay is advanced, showcasing deep eaves, a narrow first-floor window, and a ground-floor doorway with a Tudor arch. On the first floor, there are splayed bay windows, while the ground floor has small mullioned windows located under a verandah supported by wooden posts. At the rear, there is an outshut and an additional diagonal chimney to the north.
