Description

Nos 10 and 11 Priory Street are two houses that serve as a simpler continuation of the more ornate terrace at Nos. 7-9. They have stucco fronts that are painted and feature double depth designs with Welsh slate roofs. The buildings are three storeys high, with five windows on the first floor of No. 10 and three on No. 11.

No. 10 has an arched doorway that includes a six-panel door, a fanlight, and panelled reveals, along with a tripartite sash window to the right. No. 11 has a similar arched doorway but also features a square-headed doorway with an overlight to the right, which may provide rear access. All first-floor windows are six over six pane sashes with stone cills, while the second-floor windows are three over six pane sashes. Both houses have a low pitch roof with rendered stacks.

The left side of No. 11 faces the churchyard and includes two additional sash windows and a tall arched sash window for the staircase. The rear elevations are plain and have a single-storey lean-to. The interior has not been seen during the recent survey.
