Description

Nos. 10 and 11 Priory Street form a simpler continuation of the more ornate terrace at Nos. 7 and 9. These are stucco-fronted, painted, double-depth houses with Welsh slate roofs. They are three storeys high, with five windows across the front on the first floor, and No. 11 has three windows. No. 10 has an arched doorway containing a six-panel door, a fanlight, and panelled reveals, alongside a tripartite sash window to the right. No. 11 also has a doorway, but with a square headed top light to the right, which may be a rear access point. The first-floor windows are all 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone sills. The second-floor windows are 3 over 6 pane sashes. The roof has a low pitch and rendered chimney stacks. The left return, facing the churchyard of No. 11, has two further sash windows, and a tall arched sash window lighting the staircase. The rear elevations are plain and feature a single-storey lean-to extension. The interior was not inspected during a recent survey.
