Description

3 St. John Street is a two-storey building with a roughcast rendered and painted front and a Welsh slate roof. It features a double depth central entry plan and has three windows. The central entrance consists of a 6-panel door, with the upper two panels glazed, surrounded by a narrow moulded frame and likely later fitted with a projecting hood supported by brackets. The windows are plain 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills, and the first-floor windows are narrower than those on the ground floor. The roof includes three rooflights. The rear elevation was not observed during the resurvey, and the interior was also not seen.
