Description

The "Agincourt" is a late 19th-century building. It has a stucco facade, with the roof concealed from the street. The building is three storeys high and has two windows wide. Late 19th-century canted bays project from the first floor, and there are 20th-century casement windows above. A late 19th-century shop front occupies the ground floor, featuring a common cornice, a blocked door on the left, and a four-panel door on the right. The shop windows contain four panes each, with segmental arched panes. A parapet displays the inscription “THE AGINCOURT”. The rear elevation is not visible.

The interior, at the time of resurvey, was not inspected, but is reported to retain a good Victorian Gothic staircase rising the full height of the building.
