Description
1 Cibi Walk is a three-storey building with a rendered and painted front, likely over brick, topped with a tile roof and featuring stone and brick stacks. The tall facade has incised coursing and a plain band on the second storey. The ground floor has been reconstructed and now includes a single central entry shopfront with a three-light window flanked by slender timber mullions. On the first floor, there are three windows with 8 over 8 pane double hung sashes that have decorative margins and key blocks. The upper floor features windows with 4 over 8 panes and keyed heads. The roof is fairly steeply pitched and includes gable stacks. The entire rear of the building has been rebuilt.
Any historic internal features were removed during the rebuilding process. The interior is now open plan on the ground floor, extending into a modern extension, with modern offices on the upper floors.
