Description

13 Frogmore Street is a building with a painted brick front, sandstone rubble walls at the rear, and a natural slate roof. It features a full-width, late 20th-century plate glass shop front. Windows on the first floor include a splayed bay to the right, with 1 over 1 pane sash windows, and a plain 2 over 2 pane sash window to the left. The top floor has three early 19th-century double-hung sash windows with 6 over 6 panes in flush frames. The building has wide eaves with a bracket cornice, and a steeply pitched roof with a large rubble stack with weathering to the right.

At the rear are rubble walls and a long, two-storey gabled range with timber lintels over casement windows. There is another, taller gable in the rear angle. The interior was not inspected during the most recent survey.
