Description
Model Farm's Mill Building is a two-storey structure built from coursed red sandstone rubble, topped with a Welsh slate roof. Attached to the mill is a single-storey, three-bay cart shed at the lower end, which has been converted into housing between 1998 and 1999. On the yard side, the mill features two doors and two windows on the ground floor, along with four windows and a taking-in door above, showcasing a variety of shapes and sizes. The cart shed includes part glazed and part timber infill within its three elliptical arches, complemented by three rooflights above. The rear wall of the cart shed is blind. The mill itself has two doors and two windows on the ground floor, with six windows above, all designed as 2-light 2 + 2 casements set in elliptical heads. The roofs have a low pitch. The interior was not inspected during the re-survey, but it is noted that the building has been converted for domestic use.
