Description

13 St Mary Street is an early Victorian shop with living space above, flanked by attached buildings on either side. The walls are scored, rendered, and painted, topped with a hipped slate roof that features an eaves cornice and a segmental-arched roof dormer. The building has three storeys and a two-window arrangement of margin-glazed sash windows set in reveals, complete with architraves and bracketed sills. The ground floor includes a 20th-century shopfront window positioned to the center right, while to the left, there is a heavy cornice with consoles above a side entrance that features a six-panelled door and an overlight.
