Description
The wall, gatepiers, gates, and railings of the Arts Centre are constructed from red sandstone with dressings of Forest of Dean stone and wrought iron. The structure features a dwarf stone wall made of squared coursed rock-faced rubble, which has a dressed coping and is topped with decorative railings. The cylindrical gatepiers stand on moulded square bases and are adorned with stiff-leaf caps that have conical tops, complemented by decorative wrought iron gates.
