Description

The barn range at Nantybanw is a Grade II listed structure built from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. It features full-height double doors in the center, with a vent loop on each side. To the right, the roof extends over an added section that includes more double doors. On the left side, there is a lofted building that slopes down, which has a door beneath a recessed chamfered timber mullion window that was inserted after 1984. The end wall has lean-to pig-sties. The main part of the barn, which has been restored, consists of three bays and is supported by tie beam and angle strut trusses.
