Description
The barn at Llwynywormwood is a Grade II listed structure built from rubble stone and topped with a hipped slate roof, showing traces of former whitewash. It is a very long single range featuring two large barn entries, each with timber lintels and boarded double doors, and opposed doors at the rear. There are six vent loops, with two located in the center and two on the far side of each entry, while the end walls have three vent loops.
Inside, the barn boasts a fine undivided space with a triple purlin roof supported by ten pegged roof-trusses of the tie-beam and collar type.
