Description

The Barn Range at Ty'n Llanfair is a Grade II listed structure consisting of two barns built in tandem, featuring a slight step in the roof level. Constructed from local limestone rubble, the barns have slate roofs with tile ridges. The upper barn includes two enclosed bays and one open bay that serves as a passage into the farmyard, with opposed doors at both the front and rear, as well as ventilation holes.

The lower barn has three bays, also with opposed doors. It features two loft hatches at the front and three at the rear, along with a roundel positioned high in the east gable end above the loft door.
