Description

This is a red-painted cast-iron telephone kiosk with a square plan. It features two glazed sides and a wooden-framed door, with matching iron glazing set into the door. The glazing is divided by horizontal bars, with vertical bars separating the marginal panes. The kiosk has a raised plinth and a raised border around the glazing. The top stage includes rectangular translucent lettered panels beneath a shallow Soaneian square dome, which has a George VI crown in each lunette.
